She has one of the most recognisable faces – and voices – on Australian TV news. But there is much more to Sandra Sully than an ability to smoothly present the nightly bulletin.
The presenter of Ten Eyewitness News First at Five has worked on a raft of projects throughout her career, from the Olympic Games and Melbourne Cup to reporting on Federal Parliament and crime, and hosting Oprah Winfrey’s “Big O” event Down Under.
She has most recently been appointed managing news editor of Ten Daily. The website, due to launch this year (she wouldn’t give away the date), will allow Sully to combine her love of news – “I’m a news junkie” – with her love of writing and her drive towards delivering a variety of news across modern digital platforms.
