My last piece of advice and perhaps the most eyebrow-raising will have your mothers saying “surely not” however they’re appearing on fashion icons all around the globe; so put your diamonds back in your jewellery box because pearls are back and dare I say they’re better than ever. Gold chains seem to be following the pearl trend everywhere it goes, and the combination is classic and stunning. A perfectly suitable alternate to the shell trend that had us hooked last summer.
